This website is new so I don’t really have anything prepared to post to it, but I figure this would be a fun place to throw like. A mission statement or whatever. I am going to try and use this website as a sort of a one stop shop for all of the stuff that I do, because a number of people have asked me to make a carrd or a neocities or something and I figured this would be a more fun way to do it. I don’t know if this was actually more fun, I have discovered that even block based web development is a royal pain in the ass.

Anyways, the sort of general idea is that I can have my portfolio and any sort of fun announcements all in one place, and then whenever there’s a show or a new musical project I worked on you can just sort of get an email letting you know it exists! No need to check social media all the time, and we can all get off instagram or twitter a little bit more and not have crazy fomo or whatever. Plus I am constantly on the teetering edge of writing long form essays about bullshit and id rather post that here than have to try to convince people to subscribe to a substack or something. For now the website is ugly and awful and I honestly don’t even know if it will work, but I paid for it so i’m going to follow through with making the damn thing regardless and we’ll see. In addition to this post I’m gonna do a little flier sharing thing about an upcoming stresser show, because I’m excited to play again and its a good proof of concept post for testing newsletter functions with my own email.

I hope you enjoy and also are inspired to make your own thing! in a perfect world we could all have email lists and never have to worry about social media again and I think that would be cool so im taking a step.
